restart.

After switching so many different platforms over the years (from nikon to canon, windows to mac, you name it) I've decided it's time I should start a new blog elsewhere.

so, the big question is, Wordpress or blogspot?

week 6.

Often time i find myself getting sick at the wrong time and wrong place. For example, I am sick this weekend, right when it's the annual Associated Collegiate Press convention in San Francisco. Even to get there for my awards was a drag. On a happier note, [X]press got 66% of of the photo awards given to college weeklies, including sweeping the news photo section and best college newspaper website in the country (!)

I don't want to be sick for school, especially this coming week where I am supposed to evaluate my 18 photographers. In a perfect world I would like to give everyone an A... Yet the world is not perfect. It's disappointing to see when you give someone a big assignment and they totally blew it.

last but not least, here's some recent pics from the Chinese New Year Parade and the studio.

Super Tuesday is going to be one crazy long day. All of our staff is assigned to work on something throughout the day from 7am to midnight. We even assigned someone to be our newsroom Starbucks barista. I foresees our newsroom fridge will be nothing but food and rockstars. I have four.
